For one reservation holder, the best Mother's Day gift she could think of was a trip to Tortuga Dunes.

My phone rang at about 8:30 that morning with a request from this family to meet with me and show them the site and the approximate location of their lot. They left Austin and would arrive here early in the afternoon. So I headed to the Tortuga Dunes sales office and prepared for their visit.

I was eager to meet them...they had been watching our progress over the last year and, knowing about our flexible reservation system, had reserved their lot with me on the phone, sight unseen. So, it was time for them to see their place in the sun!

They arrived and we began our discussion of the project, the vision and high standards inherent in the design and execution of Tortuga Dunes. As extremely discriminating individuals, this family has passed on other coastal developments but Tortuga Dunes has caught and held their attention over time.

As we visited, the more they learned and saw the more excited they became about finally finding a Texas beachfront community that would meet their needs and expectations. After touring the entire location, we parted company on a happy and positive note, with eager anticipation about lots of fun and family time to come in Tortuga Dunes.
